Back Squat 4, 4, 3, 3, 2
Ring Pullup 4×8 (Opportunity to work on muscle ups)

DB Shoulder to OH (40/25lbs)
KB Swings (24/16kg)
Narrow Pushups (use 5kg plate + easy button – hands must be touching plate)

BB Shoulder to OH (50/35kg)
Deadlift (50/35kg)
Narrow Pushups (Same as Rx)
