Station 1 – 15-18/12-15 Calorie Row + 8-10 Burpees
Station 2 – 12-15/8-10 Calorie Bike + 8-10 SA Alt Cossack Squat

Intervals should be challenging but with the ability to scale our rep ranges, we want to leave the session better than how we came in. We should look to finish the interval within 90″.
