Pullup Max

Squat: Warmup for 3 sets of 3 reps and then load so that the total weight on the bar is equal to your bodyweight…then, on the minute, men must do 6 squats and women do 4 until you can no longer complete the prescribed reps within the minute time frame

2′ Pushup Max

2 x 1 minute in no particular order at each of the following stations: Yoke Walk (men with loaded Yoke, women with 88 lb bar), Farmers Walk, Sled Pushes, Axel Lifts (and presses if desired), Tire Flips
