Handstand Options
HS Hold

HSPU (strict or Kipping)

2 Rounds:
1’ Machine + 1’ Exercise + 30” Rest

1. Row + Plate Straight Leg Sit up
2. Jump Rope + DB Lateral Lunges
3. Bike + SA DB Hang Snatch
4. Ski + Sit Throughs

Each interval with start with 1 minute on designated cardio machine, then move directly into 1 minute AMRAP of movement paired with the machine. Rest 30 seconds then move to the next pair. Self select weights for DB & plate movements.
