Review KB Snatch and KB Turkish Getup review

KB Complex….on 3 minute interval, do one side and then the other of the following exercises…..5 single arm KB swings, 5 single arm KB snatch, 5 KB clean + press (not jerk), 5KB squat (racked on one side), 1 Turkish Getup (down then back up). 4 sets total…..for those who cannot safely do the KB Snatch, sub for single arm KB high pull
