For 10 minutes, complete as many rounds of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats) as possible on a 50 sec interval. Score = total number of reps successfully completed within the 50 sec interval. If you fail to complete the round in 50 seconds, take a 50 second cycle off and recycle back in with 3/6/10. The reduced rep rounds do not count towards your score.
