Do the following exercises the same way you would sing the 12 Days of Christmas song. On the 1st day of Christmas, AL gave to me, 1 100m Run. On the second day, do 2 Ring Pullups, 1 100m Run. On the third day do 3 Shoulder to OH, 2 Ring Pullups, 1 100m Run. Etc…
