Partner WOD: For 12′ one partner starts rowing and the other starts thrusters (Men = Black 15lb plates / Women = Bar). On the 90 second interval partners must switch positions.
Score = Calories Rowed + Thrusters
On thrusters be sure to pass off the current number of reps to your partner during the exchange so they can continue the count. This will make it easier for scoring.
Men – Please be sure to lower the black plates from the shoulder under control, never drop from overhead.
