We’ll do three short couplets, take 2 minutes rest between each, and add the total cumulative reps for your score…

Couplet 1…3′ of as many rounds of 5 burpees and 5 pullups as you can do. You will only receive credit for completed rounds.

Couplet 2…3′ of as many rounds of 10 squats and 10 pushups as you can do. You will only receive credit for completed rounds.

Couplet 3….3′ of as many rounds of 10 Walking Lunges (5 ea side) and 10 Rocket Jumps as you can do. You will only receive credit for completed rounds.
