Reverse Lunges: 3 x 8 ea
Single Arm DB Press: 3 x 6 ea

15, 12, 9, 6, 3 for time (weights may be heavy but try to do it as prescribed even if it means you can’t storm through it)
Squats (154 for men; 110 for women)
Weighted Pullups (15 lb for men; 2.5kg for women)
Super Burpees
….after each completed round run 80m carrying a medicine ball (5kg for men; 4kg for women)
