1) 2km Row Time Trial
2) Single Arm DB Split Snatch: 8 x 2 ea arm on the minute for 9′
3) 15 V-Ups and 10 Back Hypers on the minute for 9′

Front Squat: 3 x 5
Weighted Pullup: 3 x 5
