Optional number of reps for either exercise (broken up however preferred). Option is available to do all reps of one exercise.

Standards

Burpees: Body has to be in a straight plank position at the bottom. When jumping up, feet have to leave the floor and hands need to be above the head; chest upright w/ hips extended

Pullups: kipping allowed, any grip accepted. Chin above bar at top, elbows extended at the bottom.
