Eight rounds for max reps of the following (group split in to two groups, each group starts on a different exercise)
KB High Pull (24kg / 16kg), 20 seconds
Rest 40 seconds
Barbell Thruster (45kg / 30 kg), 20 seconds
Rest 40 seconds
