Back Squat: 4 x 6
Pullups: 3 x high effort (not quite max-out)
One partner runs 300m w/ MB (5kg / 4kg) and exchanges to the next. Each person runs 3 times. When they are done they do the following for 2 rounds (must stay together)
20m Forward Crab Walk
20m Backward Crab Walk
And then finish with the same MB Run relay (3x ea).
