“McGhee” (for time: 150 total reps of burpees and pullups) with a 15′ time cap
Optional number of reps for either exercise (broken up however preferred). Option is available to do all reps of one exercise.
Equipement: pullup bar, timer
Burpees: when jumping up, feet have to leave the floor and hands need to be above the head; chest upright
Pullups: kipping allowed, any grip accepted. Chin above bar at top, elbows extended at the bottom
Walking OH Lunges: 4 x 20m
V-Up: 4 x 15
