KB Bottoms up Press 4x7e
Band Straight Arm Pulldown 3×10

7 Rounds for Time
3 Power Cleans (Rx = 50/35kg)
5 Super Burpees Over Bar (2 foot jump over)
7 Pullups
9 V-ups

Rx+ = 70/50kg
5 Handstand Pushups in place of deload pushups
