Speed Deadlift 5,5,4, 4×3 @ 75% on 1′ (pull them fast and clean)

3’ Max reps HSPU (use a modification that you can get some score from – box included)

3’ Max reps Double Unders (even if it’s only a couple. Scale to singles otherwise)

4 Rounds
20 Alt. DB Snatch (40/25lbs)
10 Super Burpees
Right into 4 Rounds
20 Plate OH Walking Lunges (15/10kg)
10 Plate V-ups (15/10kg)
