Working up in weight each set:
Overhead Squats 2×5, Split Squats 2×5 (each leg), Front Squats 2×5, Back Squats 2×5
Clap Pushups 4×10, Extended Rock 4×10

For Time:
300 reps combined any way you want of squats, pushups, pullups, burpees
200m Run (run to the left out the side CF WR door)
100m Lunges (when you get to the back door finish with lunges around to the start line)
