Walking Lunge: 3 x 8 ea
Upright Row: 3 x 8

Move it all….
For 10 minutes, transport each of the following 20m as many times as you can (for full round count) :
kettlebell swing walks (24kg/16kg)
weight plate run (25kg/20kg)…hold it any way you want
OH Walking Lunges (5kg / 4kg)

Start with the KBs and MBs on one side, and the weight plates on the other (each trip counts for a 3rd of a round).
