4 x 2 minutes of running followed by 20 squats
Partner WOD…for 15 minutes
Run 300m with one partner carrying 60 lb sandbag
Run 300m with the other partner carrying 60 lb sand bag
At the conclusion of those runs, do 40 squats. Both partner squats but only one must hold the sand bag. Both partners must do all reps together (one can’t get ahead of the other) however you can switch who carries the sand bag as often as you’d like.
Score = total number of squats
Strict Pullups: 4 x 12
Walking Lunge: 4 x 15 ea
