10′ Out and Back Run on

Stretching

Around building…
2 x 600m on 4′ interval
2 x 400m on 3′ interval
2 x 300m on 2′ interval
2 x 200m on 1′ interval

As many plate thrusters as possible in 4 minutes (20kg for men; 15kg for women)….at the start of each minute, everyone does 20 mtn climbers
