Run to Cary Pkwy and back (leaders loop back) and then all over to the Greenway hill
Hill Sprints 8 x 40 sec w/ 1:20 rest
Each partner takes turns doing Sand Bag Squats (holding any way you want). Women must do 14 and men 20. Do as many rounds (not reps) as possible in 10 minutes. If the sand bag touches the ground at any point, both partners must do 20 super burpees.
