Easy Warmup Jog to the far end of the greenway

5 Dynamic Stretches

Coach will form 2 equally matched groups of 8 and both groups will race the entire greenway “Indian Run” style out AND back (so you finish where you started). The race between teams will start and end at the post marking the beginning of the greenway and make the turn-around point at the top of the hill (there will be a cone placed out).

Easy jog back to Athletic Lab

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
10 Super Burpees
5 Tick-Tock Lunges on R (1 rep = leg going forward and behind)
10 Rocket Jumps
5 Tick-Tock Lunges on L
