“King of the Hill” (women run 80m / men run 100m)
On a 1′ interval, every person lines up and runs their respective distance. The first person to finish can sit out the next rep, the last person to finish is sent to ‘purgatory’. Once sent to purgatory, you stay there and don’t return to running. Those in purgatory must do 15 super burpees every time the group runs. This process continues until there is only one “King of the Hill” remaining.
