Warmup = 3 x (300m Jog, 25 Jumping Jacks, 10 Trunk Rotations ea way)
Pullups: 3 x 12 (add weight as needed)
Lunges: 3 x 8 ea leg
Partner WOD (20 min):
The clock starts and both partners must complete a combined 150 squats. Squat reps MUST be performed simultaneously. One person must be holding a weight plate (20kg / 10kg for women). Team can choose who holds the plate and switch when and as often as liked.
Following the ‘buy-in’, run a ~100m relay where one person runs ~100m while the other person rests. On the ‘exchange’ both partners must do 10 burpees. Score = total meters run in the 20 minutes.
