Modified version of the CF Games Regional Workout 2 & 3:
7 minute overhead squat ladder…
You must do 3 consecutive OH squats without putting the bar down. Your ‘score’ is the highest weight achieved in the 7 minutes. The athlete must change their own weights. For a successful weight to be scored, 3 squats must be performed before the bar is returned to the platform. Athletes choose their own starting weight and go at their own pace. Weights must progress in 5+kg and 2.5+kg for men and women respectively.
