Split Snatch: 10 x 1 (alternate legs and see how close you can get to your power snatch max…you should be able to get at least that heavy)

Squat: 5 x 5 (go heavy)
Between each set do one rope climb or 15 pullups

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
5 Chest to Bar Pullups (bar must touch the chest); 3 for women
5 Dead Lifts (198 lbs for men; 132 lbs for women)
10 Single Leg Burpees (5 ea side)
