OH Squat Skill Work (12 minutes)

3 minutes to complete as many OH squats as possible (110 / 80)
2 minutes rest in which you must do 8 muscle ups (or 24 pullups & 24 pushups)
3 minutes to complete as many Front squats as possible (154 / 110)
2 minutes rest in which you must do 8 muscle ups (or 24 pullups & 24 pushups)
3 minutes complete as many back squats as possible (198 / 143)

Score = total rep count for all squats. All squats must be to MB depth. For every rep short of the prescribed number of muscle ups you subtract 4 reps from your squat total. If you attempt pullups and pushups instead of muscle ups you must do pullups before pushups. For every 6 reps short of the total (48) you subtract 4 reps from your squat total.

On a 3 minute interval, run 4 x 300m Run (men attempt to finish under 60, women under 65)
