Power Clean + Front Squat: 8 x 1 on the minute

6 x 1′ on / 1′ off. In each minute, complete
3 Power Cleans (80kg / 55kg)
6 Ring Pullups
9 Competition Style KB Swings (24kg / 16kg)

Following the 6th set go IMMEDIATELY in to a 1′ deadlift AMRAP (80kg / 55kg). Score = deadlifts. For any round you do not complete in the 1′ time frame, subtract 6 reps from your deadlift total
