7 minutes technique work on each:
Muscle Ups
Kipping Dips

Clean & Jerk (full): 10 x 1 to a daily max

2 minutes on for each of the following exercises; take 1′ rest between exercises
Overhead Squats (70kg / 50kg)
Weighted Pullups (15kg / 5kg)
Pistol Squats (alternating legs…no holding on….must be below parallel)

Score = total number of reps for the 4 exercises.
