10 minutes to complete the following
20 Reps of Power Clean + Front Squat (or full clean….90kg / 60kg)
300m Run
20 Reps of Overhead Squat (70kg / 45kg)
300m Run
As many Thrusters as possible in remaining time (50kg / 35kg)
