Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality sports performance possible. With the addition of this highly-anticipated mobility class, we’re doing just that. Our Performance Fitness service offerings now encompass Weightlifting, CrossFit, Strength, Endurance, and Mobility to suit all of your performance needs.

This 55-minute class is specifically designed to address mobility, flexibility, and joint health. We will work on asymmetries, imbalances, and restrictions that may be limiting to your performance or increasing your likelihood for injury.

Each class will address the previous week’s training and will use a combination of self-myofascial relase (SMR), and passive, static, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching techniques.

We will be holding the mobility class every Saturday at 10:00am starting on September 7th.
