Snatch w/ pause at knee + Snatch 4×1+1

Snatch 4×1

DB Bench Press Oscillatory reps 4×6 (3 half reps from bottom + 1 full rep = 1)
Bent Over Y-raises 3×8

Partner Resisted Sit up 2×10 (feet under db rack or sled – partner pulls shoulders back toward floor)
Partner Resisted Bicep/Tricep 2x10e (facing each other, make fists and do curls while partner presses down on hands)
