BB Curl to Underhand Grip OH Press 3×10
Supine DB Slow eccentric skull crusher – roll to close grip press 3×8 (should be heavy)

Band Shoulder Series (red or black)
12 Horizontal Pull aparts
6e Diagonal Pull aparts
12 Front Raises (stand on band)
12 Standing External Rotation Pull aparts (elbows at 90, keep elbows tucked in)
*Rest and repeat
