Run to White Tiger
4′ Jump Rope (switch up contacts – doubles, SL, side to side, running, etc.)

Sled Push Relay (count off teams of ~4)
Split up on either side of turf
20m empty sled pushes continually rotating through for 4′
At every 1′ mark, teams add 5k (end w. Yellow) – most 20m trips wins
*Rest and Repeat – everyone on CFWR side of turf moves down a sled to rotate teams

Row 300m
10 DB Floor to Shoulders + Thruster
15 Burpee to MB Slam
20e Mountain climbers
25 Ab Mat Sit ups
