Dynamic Stretches

Partner up on Rowers

Partner A: Row 600m
Partner B: 20 BW squats + 20 Shoulder Taps + 20 Ab Mat Sit ups
*Switch… Then right into
Partner A: Row 450m
Partner B: 15 BW Squats + 15 Shoulder Taps + 15 Ab Mat Sit ups
*Switch… Then right into
Partner A: Row 300m
Partner B: 10 BW Squats + 10 Shoulder Taps + 10 Ab Mat Sit ups
*Switch… Then work back up and finish on 600m Row + 20e exercise
