Clean + Front Squat 6×1+3

Split Squats 4×8 ea
Push Press 4×6
Knees to Elbows / Toes to Bar 4×12

For 8′ on a Tabata style interval (20 sec on / 10 sec off) alternate between Burpee Pullups & Deload Pushups for cumulative rep count
